Mr.Wes said that there will no new betas that will be release because the next one will be the final/full version of the hack(that is what i know). So its gonna be quite a while for the release to come.

They are called legendary dogs because it was stated in my friends pokemon G/S Walkthrough guide(he bought it though dont know where). Though it's not too important, you can just call them legendaries. Btw, great hack i wish you good luck.
