Would you give up video games for life and receive $500,000 in cash, or would you refuse the money?

I would take the money as I'm not that great at games and would rather draw or watch things like the FNaF movie 2023 or Sonic (2020) films.

Money, to me, is irrelevant. Video games however, give me short windows into lives far more exciting than my own. I'll take the games anyday.

That money is very tempting. .

But giving up something i love doing forever for some quick money? i can't do it.

Same i've done lots of cool stuff in games that i could never do in real life

Flat out refuse the cash - I don't want the attention that comes with it!

That's not enough. I'd rather keep the fun hobby.

500k isn't as much as some people think. I'd rather keep the hobby that will last me for life.

Nowhere near enough money for me, and I wouldn't give up something that's so consistently and constantly had a positive impact on my life.

$500k is a lot, but not enough to make me give up video games for life.

Refuses unless sufficiently desperate. Does not have many interests. Looks forward to playing whatever game it is at the time. Connects with others because of them. Could still do that somewhat by just watching. Only increases the sense of loss, though.

I wouldn't give up gaming for money and 500k would be gone quickly in todays world.

Make it $500M, exempt from conversion to other currencies, and I might start considering it.

Maybe for 10m+ but even then it would be too hard. This hobby has gotten me through a lot of tough times and I can't see myself ever being able to part with it T_T
