What you're looking for is something that cannot be found here. Pokécommunity mainly deals with hacking of games, not the actual Pokémon itself. Furthermore, Pokécommunity's Trade Corner bans hacks from being traded. If you still wish to create a hack, you can find all the answers you're looking for in Google. There's plenty of information there.
