Issue: Smilies show up when disabled

I know we just updated to the new smilies, which is fine, but even though I have them disabled in my User CP (And I went back and redid the disabling again), smilies still show up for me in posts. Don't know if it's just something wrong on my end or something is wrong?

Which is odd, because for that post I see just :), but in this post I see the tongue smilie. So now I'm just confused.
