If you're trying to trap an opponent just use Fire Spin as it hits anything that doesn't have Flash Fire. You should have Flamethrower over Wrap. When you predict a switch just Fire Spin (lets say the switch is Milotic). The switch is trapped and then you can switch into a counter.
