Best Wishes catch up

So I want to get back into the anime. I've seen the first few episodes of best wishes, but dropped out of that.
I know Pokemon isn't known for it's incredibly intricate story lines, but I don't want to just jump in. However, neither do I want to watch all the episodes up to the current.

So can someone please give me a list of episodes I should watch? I'm looking more for important team rocket/plasma stuff, new pokemon to Ash and co's teams, gym battles, and things like that up to the current American episode. Pretty much I just don't want to watch filler episodes.
