Speaking of favorite.
Columbina is my favorite character design, ever. And I will cry the day she's in Genshin at some point.

She does have a really good design, yeah.

I'm bias tho I love all Genshin designs except for... Navia's horrible splash art. I don't know what happened there.

Cannot say the same for HSR. I feel like they repeat a lot of designs... Like I love the game around the same as Genshin. But, some characters really just... Look the same, different outfit.

But hyv can easily sell me on every single one of their characters. Except Sparkle. And hsr Robin. 🧂🧂🧂

(I'll be changing my Robin to going by his last name in the hsr verse I'm doing because of this...)

I do also gravitate to preferring Genshin's designs but Hoyoverse character designs in general are excellent.

Same, for the most part. I like hsr, hi3 & Zenless's character designs but Genshin has never made me want to skip a character. Meanwhile, HSR, I have skipped quite a lot so far.

I'm not sure if this'll hold up for future similar games (Wuthering, Mugen, Akatsuki) but we'll see.

I probably won't roll for everyone in Zenless either though. I will make an anthology fanfiction though for it. Because of course I will.

It's not like it's impossible for someone who happens to be born male to have honkai energy anyway. It's just rare, or something.
(And men do exist in Honkai Impact the Third, so.)

I don't know anything about Honkai lore so this is news to me.

I know enough since I've been playing and researching.

I know nothing about Houkai Gakuen tho except it's a zombie school game.

Honkai has a big history. First game was Fly Me To The Moon. A paid game. Then, Honkai Gakuen 1 & 2. However those are now only available in Japan. The global server shutdown.

Honkai (all of them), Genshin and presumably Zenless even Tears of Themis are all kind of part of a big multiverse, the imaginary tree. HSR is just the biggest of them.

Which is why you know.... There's multiple versions of Bronya & Murata/Himeko. Genshin might be getting a Bronya also.

I am a bit sad tho about houkai Gakuen shutting down in the us because I wanted to get a feel for it for the sake of understanding this multiverse...but hi3 kinda has some moments with the concept of it. There's some zombie stuff in some chapters. (I'm only on the 13th chapter of 40 though.)

I didn't realise Hoyo had such an expansive roster of games.
