It looks really good, and has some amazing puzzles in it.
I only found 3 stones (Fire Stone and Thunderstone and a Sun Stone but it can't be used on Hyperegg) and I already beat the Elite Four. Where do I find the rest of them?
And it's pretty normal in Hoenn that the Elite Four's Pokemon are tougher than all the others, but the fact that normal trainers after the Elite Four use level 70 Pokemon makes it really tough to advance with level 55 Pokemon. Great game anyway :)
It's to make sure the difficulty level is always increasing...
As for stones, the Moon Stone is somewhere in Meteor Falls, the Water Stone is unavailable as yet and the Leaf Stone is where it's always been.
Wait. You beat the E4 with Level 55s? Wow. I had to grind up to Level 65 with my team, which makes normal Trainers after the League somewhat easier. Admittedly, I picked my Pokémon for their looks rather than their strength, though...
Nice hack. The edginess and dark themes really make it unique, but I feel that the disembodied heads were pushing it a bit, and bordering on plain silly.
Eh? You haven't noticed that Snakewood
is ridiculously silly yet? This isn't meant to be taken as 'edgy' or 'dark'; it's a crazy romp through the Hoenn region as seen through the eyes of someone with a propensity for making jokes and stupid references to anything and everything under the sun.
If this hasn't become obvious to you yet, play on a little more. Like
From Dusk Til Dawn, there'll come a point where the seriousness gives up and commits suicide, and suddenly a thousand stupid things start to happen at once and turn your brain to mulch. Once that's happened, you're past the turning point, and things will degenerate from there. :D
My friend told me snorlax evolves. So I checked the pokemon in the game. what's with the Gurren Lagann reference. I found a Kamina and checked it's sprite. XD
note I don't normally check hacks for stuff. only after I beat it and I want to find what level a note I don't normally check hacks for stuff. only after I beat it and I want to find what level a pokemon evolves, or how it evolves.
also what do the broken hearts do?
I also found the 3 starters.
Congratulations on the starters. Munchlax isn't available in-game yet - so I'm not going to reveal anything about his evolutionary line until he is.
Now, 'what's with the Gurren Lagann reference'. Well, the thing is, it's just one of many, many, many references concealed (or baldly stated) within my hack. If you check the list of achievements, you'll see there's one about beating Kamina - so expect the man himself to challenge you, without Pokémon, at some point in the future. Wah... So manly...
Broken Hearts are part of a feature that won't be implemented for a while. I kept the items themselves in there to keep people guessing, but... yeah. I'm not going to tell you. Suffice to say that Broken Hearts will be the last thing I do before I finish off the player overworlds.
