If VIZ's sales are good enough maybe they'll also publish the FireRed & LeafGreen and Emerald arcs? I'm going to buy these and support the future releases.

Ahh I was looking for R&S a few months back since I got into the Adventures Manga. good to know

This manga section is just plain dead, sad and embarrasing nowadays. This is the biggest PokéSpe news since VIZ announced they would publish the 2nd editions. This thread quickly gets around 200 views. It takes over a week to get one single reply and after two weeks and over 300 views there's still only one reply. Meanwhile the thread I posted at Serebii Forums (serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?593231-VIZ-will-release-the-Ruby-amp-Sapphire-arc!!!) has 56 replies and 2,921 views as of right now.
This manga section used to be something beautiful once and now it's just an inactive n00b territory. It's almost as I wish this disgrace of a manga section would get closed down, so I wouldn't have to look at this garbage and could instead remember this section for the greatness it used to be.

Do yourself a favor and head over to Serebii Forums or Bulbagarden Forums if you'd like to dicuss manga, because getting results at this graveyard is less likely than to get hit by lightning twice.

Wow, I'm impressed (seriously, I am). (I expected it to take at least a ½ week for anything to happen).
Despite the negativity in my previous post what I wish most for is that this manga section would become an active place for discussion, like in the old days. As long as there's a chance that it could happen (even though I highly doubt it, due to lack of interest from PC members) it should remain open, even if that means that it'll remain in it's embarrassing state as a forgotten place of the past.

When will they be released? I'm almost done with my G/S/C arc. And I don't wanna jump all the way to Diamond and Perl. I wanna read every manga in chronological order :C

Great, another reason why I need to get a job. :P I still need to finish the GSC arc, but I have fines on my library card, I'm too "manly" to go into the juvenile section at my library, and I'm too broke to purchase them. Job hunting it is.

The release dates are taken from placeholder pages at VIZ Kids website in October 2012, but I think the dates should still be accurate. Vol. 15-17's release dates have been confirmed by store.viz.com and Amazon.com.

Ugh, I'll have to lay off the power reading through the whole G/S/C series then *_*

YAY! Its good to see the manga coming along in english. Already read most of it, but its nice to have in paper form.

It's just me, I prefer following stories in their chronological order and not missing anything :P
