    NO Pokemon follows this clue. The only fully evolved Water/Grass-type is Ludicolo, and Lombre cannot evolve into a Water/Fighting type. Therefore, impossible.

    -Fully evolved Grass-type.
    -Does not evolve from a Grass-type
    -Good thing it doesn't appear in Emerald, but bad thing it will appear in Chocolate Green...

    Sorry about that, but I think yours is Arcanine. I'm not sure if that's right.... Tell me if I'm wrong.

    Anyway, wrong, the correct answer was Wormadam.

    It looks like a bug type, but isn't.
    It's second Gen pokemon

    Actually it can only be ditto as the voltorb and magnetite lines each have a catch rate that is shared with others, but ditto is the only Pokemon with a 35.
