4th Gen What's Your Team? (Remade again!)

Messed around a bit with my Pearl save - Infernape starter and a rough assortment of stuff, saved at 7 badges. Beat Volkner, but couldn't quite work up the initiative to slog my way through Victory Road, so I decided to try to finally finish Heart Gold. Started with Cyndaquil.

Currently grinding on some early routes, getting some of my recent catches up to decent levels. Already beat Falkner and Bugsy, so next up is Whitney. Current team is Wooper, Gastly, Paras, Slowpoke, Zubat and Butterfree, though that's not even close to the team I'll take into Whitney's gym. I'm not sure who that's going to be yet...

*update* - well into the game - currently as far as Mahogany Town, but I haven't gone up to Lake of Rage yet. Mostly been knocking around Mt. Mortar and a few routes, doing some level grinding and evolving and such.

Current team is Scyther, Mankey, Lapras, Kangaskhan, Cubone and Girafarig.


*and another* - went up to Lake of Rage and caught the Gyarados (chipped it down with Kangaskhan, then stalled it with Lapras and caught it in a Heavy Ball), then went back down to Mahogany and swapped out my team for one more suitable for clearing out the Rocket hideout:

Crobat, Quilava, Heracross, Cubone, Magnemite and Slowbro.

Currently my teams, I've beaten E4 in both games.

Platinum: Golduck, Roserade, Magnezone, Staraptor, Giratina (Origin), Infernape.
HeartGold: Scizor, Gengar, Electivire, Ho-Oh, Typhlosion (Shiny), Lugia.

In Diamond, my team had Staravia, Gyarados, Infernape, Biberal, Golem, and Golduck. I didn't play this game too much, so I didn't have the chance to build up my team properly. I only had Prinplup and Bidoof in Pearl, because I stopped playing after the first gym. I've had a lot of teams in Pokémon Platinum, but my final team consisted of Togekiss, Torterra, Lucario, Gyarados, Electivire, and Breloom. I loved this team, because I was able to win tons of online matches with it. In SoulSilver, I had Meganium, Pidgeot, Machamp, Dusknoir, Blissey, and Tentacruel. My HeartGold team was similar, but instead of Meganium, Machamp, and Pidgeot, I had Typhlosion, Breloom, and Fearow.

Very unusual team, not a typical one that most would pick and it's stronger for that. Just need to evolve Rhyhorn and Exeggcute to get the above exactly. I just need to finish the damn game for the first time, started it on June 2012. ;(

EDIT: Though I am thinking of replacing Seaking with a Krabby.

Are you mistaking some other Dragon, like Garchomp for Hydreigon? O_o'
I thought Hydreigon debuted in Gen V in 2010, while year 2006 for the first set of Gen IV games.
Assuming Blaziken is a physical attacker, the theme is quite balanced! Well done!
