Anyway, I've always been a Misty fan ever since I started watching Pok?mon so...that's my little tribute. :P

what program did you use to draw it ?

blitzballchamp, I drew it, scanned the sketch and used Photoshop's Pen Tool to outline the picture. :classic:

oh ok, good job, (i only just descovered how to use the pen tool aswell XD, ever since 2-3 days ago i never knew wha it was for :P)
