What are your absolute favorite albums? Here are mine, in alphabetical order by album title.





I think that accurately portrays my taste in music. I have a few other albums that I absolutely adore, but these ones are the most precious to me and mean the most to me / have shaped me the most. Plus, I had to limit it to some number (I chose 21 because that's how old I am). What are yours?

I've attempted to order them, but it's difficult with most of them to separate. At least they're vaguely in the right area of where they belong though. I might have omitted a few albums accidentally, but it gives a general idea.

I'm quite happy to see a few of my albums in other users' posts already. Very good taste people. :P

I had a hard time picking my all-time favorite albums. I don't think I really did and I'm sure I couldn't actually do it, but this is close. These are all albums that I like in their entirety and ones that I've at times listened to over and over and would again.

Damn good stuff right there, Nuke. I didn't put any mixtapes on, but yeah 1999 is the **** [long live asap too], hopefully Joey's new EP will be good as well. You should check out the Underachievers' tape Indigoism if youre into those guys. Also I'm a bit surprised to see no Acid rap haha, that one's usually a favorite of hip hop heads/indie guys.

also I just dled J Dilla's Donuts, and it's really good, definitely a fan of it, i'd probably consider it for the list in my above post

This is one of my favorite albums from a local band.

I still own this cassette from 1978 that my parents gave me.

Way too hard to choose some favorite albums of mine.. one band I can listen to no matter what mood I am in is mewithoutYou. I can't even choose a favorite album by them.. Catch for us the Foxes, A>B Life, Brother Sister... darn my indecisiveness.
