Iris... Black or Hispanic?

Iris is my favorite trainer in Pokémon, I like her even better as a gym leader in the games. as you can tell, she has dark skin, Does she look more black to you or does she look Hispanic?

It's simple as this, Iris is...tan.

We don't need to question whether each fair-skinned person is either Hispanic, Asian, or Caucasian all of which can have fair skin. Why is race a whole thing simply because her skin tone is not fair?

I personally dislike the fret over race questions more than the questions themselves. But to not step on anyone's toes, let's just state that Iris is darker skinned than most, and leave it at that.
