I am very offended!

I've been known to inadvertently offend people, but I don't make it my goal to specifically offend someone unless they've done something to warrant it. Like behaving like a jerk or offending/insulting me first. But in those cases, the gloves come off, and I actually derive a sadistic sort of pleasure from offending people that I feel truly deserve it.

Not particularly. I'm not a religious person, but I do like to follow the 'Golden rule' of Christianity when I can: do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I like to treat people as I would like to be treated myself, and I don't particularly like to be offended, so try not to offend other people. There's taking the piss out of friends, and other stuff like that, but in those cases there are boundaries that everyone involved so that people don't get offended. While it's often good to go up to those boundaries, I know a great deal of friendships that have been broken because people have decided to go over them, so I try not to myself! :D

Um, to be quite honest, it's something I love doing - in moderation. Before I get clawed, what I mean by 'in moderation' is doing it at the right time and to the right people. I understand that in certain (most?) situations, one should be courteous and should 'turn the other cheek' to insults/flaming/bullying etc but if I have something to say that can defend myself or someone else, I'll say it with little to no hesitation.

I'm normally a pacifist or at least partially passive, but there comes a time when I can't be that way and offending someone in response to being offended is inevitable, at least with me. u_u
