Hey, I just got Pokemon White last night and have been working hard on it. Well now I have six badges I believe. (Just obtained Feather Badge) Well I have been doing all the optional parts before I got Surf, and caught both Virizon (nicknamed Verizon) and Cobaltion I believe his name is. Something like that. Well I have I believe nine awesome Pokemon and don't know which six to use in my dominate lineup, so I need some advice on which to use. I'm not playing on going MLG pro Pokemon and be all 1337, just beating the game and postgame and have some pretty good Pokemon and a well rounded team. This is what I have:

Zebstrika - Lv 33 Lightningrod Ability ( I have been using it because I know its weak but figured its going to be swapped out of my lineup anyways once I get Zekrom, so ya)

    -Stomp
    -Spark
    -Flame Charge
    - Shock Wave

Emboar - Lv 36 - Blaze Ability (I probably should of went with Oshawott, but, what can you do?)

    -Bulldoze
    -Arm Thrust
    - Heat Crash
    - Scald

    Stoutland - Lv 33 - Intimidate Ability

    -Retaliate
    - Strength
    - Crunch
    - Ice Fang

    Seismitoad - Lv 37 - Swift Swim

    -Bulldoze
    - Rain Dance
    - Muddy Water
    - Surf

Archeops - Lv 39 - Defeatist (I figured that rock types are amazing, something with fly is extremely helpful in your lineup, and it can relearn DragonBreath, so I have 8th gym covered, so I don't need Axew, but if you think otherwise, please say so)

    - Fly
    - Acrobatics
    - Crunch
    - Rock Slide

Axew - Lv 30 - Mold Breaker (Dragon Type, just caught it, didn't do anything to it)

    Scary Face
    Slash
    False Swipe
    Dragon Claw

    Cobalion - Lv 42 - Justified

    Helping Hand
    Retaliate
    Iron Head
    Sacred Sword

    Virizion - Lv 42 - Justified

    Helping Hand
    Retaliate
    Giga Drain
    Sacred Sword

    Lilligant- Lv 33 - Chlorophyll

    Giga Drain
    Synthesis
    Magical Leaf
    Quiver Dance

Also, I have lots of Heart Scales so I will do any relearns needed. So if you don't mind, please give me the move set the things I have should have. Here
    are the TMs and HMs I have;

    Protect / SolarBeam / Dig / Rock Tomb / Aerial Ace / Rest / Attract / Thief / Echoed Voice / False Swipe / Scald / Charge Beam / Sky Drop / Will-O-Wisp / Acrobatics / Shadow Claw / Retaliate / Flash / Volt Switch / Struggle Bug / Bulldoze / Rock Slide / X-Scissor / Work Up / Poison Jab / Grass Knot / Rock Smash / Thunderbolt / Cut / Fly / Surf / Strength

I appreciate you reading this, even if you are to lazy to do moves, just tell me the six you recommend and it will be strongly appreciated. If you tell me moves and pokemon I should use, you will become my new bestest friend. Remember, I just want opinions, you don't have to be the Pokemon Master o give an opinion.

    Thanks for reading,
    ~EpicMax

I'm gonna bump this over to the In-Game Team Rating section, where you can get some nice rates, since it fits the rules over there already. :3

Pretty good options imo. Steel + Dragon goes together well, and really, having dragon = lots of power with only one resistance, thus useful. Virizion and Lilligant are leaning towards being special attackers, so you have something on the special side. Now you're fire weak, sure Axew helps but another resistance would be nice - sooo Seismitoad. Then you could theoretically go w/ Archeops and have something to take/not be affected by Ground, or go with Zebstrika to help out Archeops w/ lightningrod.

Since Virizion's special attacks are kinda hard to get, I'd go with... Zebstrika/Haxorus/Archeops/Cobalion/Lilligant/Emboar (however on Emboar I'd much rather go with Scrafty since it can take out 3/4 of the e4 trainers so it's pretty awesome and Emboar isn't that great but imma comment anyway).

    Zebstrika
Thunderbolt can be useful on it, keep Flame Charge (both special since it specialises in special), Stomp is okay since you can't get HP Grass aand Volt Switch is great for seeing what the opponent will/won't do etc.

    Axew > Haxorus
Well Dragonbreath doesn't really do that much against the last gym, so instead you're better off using Haxorus. Give it Outrage + Dragon Dance + Brick Break (found @ Icirrus) + Bulldoze since you can cover steels in general, and you can set up on Pokemon and so on. Dragon Dance is best not against dragons, and rather best against non-dragons since you have the threat of being OHKO'd with dragons due to the powerful STAB. Instead just give it a Choice Scarf, use Outrage and you should be able to do well.

    Archeops
Bulldoze = good for other coverage and since you'll probably need Fly for in-game purposes, just replace Crunch with that since Crunch doesn't really help much at all. Oh and flying gem + Acrobatics is amazing due to the boost even when you don't use an item.

    Emboar
Grab Wild Charge from Victory Road to help against water, and keep Heat Crash for now since you can't really get Flare Blitz, put on Brick Break > Arm Thrust since it's a STAB attack and it's powerful. Aaand Bulldoze > Scald since it's more useful + physical!

    Cobalion
Iron Head/Sacred Sword are fine, but Helping Hand only really works for doubles and since you're not doing them much in-game I wouldn't recommend it. Instead you could go with Work Up - a boosting move... and since you can't get Stone Edge anytime soon then just leave it as is imo.

    Lilligant
Since you have Quiver Dance, go with Sleep Powder since while you boost you can put the opponent to sleep and then end up really powerful. Usually it uses HP Fire (but you can keep Synthesis), and Magical Leaf isn't helpful since it's the same as Giga Drain basically just w/o the HP restoration.

Either way I think that covers pretty much most things, good luck with the rest of your playthrough!

Thank you, extremely helpful. But four questions.
    1. Should I replace Crunch with Shadow Claw? I need something helpful to take out physic types, thats what everything I have somewhat lacks.
    2. I have a tynamo. I was thinking about that over Zebstrika when it evovles. Opinions?
    3. I just question Zebstrika over Seismitod. Why?

Well, if you replaced Emboar w/ Scrafty that wouldn't be an issue, but Crunch can stay > Shadow Claw, since they're both physical and it doesn't make much of a difference, only if you think you're lucky. ;x Plus Crunch hits Psychic types anyways.

Yeah that could work, since you're giving Cobalion something to help it when there are ground attacks.

Well, Lightningrod boosts Zebstrika's sPA stats anyway so you have an electric resist that gets it stats boosted, while nothing for Seismitoed is boosted :(
