Question time! What kind of effects are you using to enhance the icons? What sort of program do you use? How long has you been editing and making icons? Give us a little background on your avatar making skills.

It's a secret. xD I've definitely seen better then myself and stuff but the program I use is kinda hush-hush right now. :X
