You can use third generation Pokémon in Fire Red (you're allowed to hack in Pokémon that are generated randomly for you). You didn't specify any restrictions so I assumed any Pokémon up to third gen was what you wanted. I'll re-randomize your team using only Kanto Pokémon then.
