3rd Gen Modded FR/LG that can get all 151 Pokemon

    Does anyone know or can easily make a modded Fire red or Leaf green ROM that allows you to get all 151 pokemon without trading so I can catch them all in the Kanto region.

    What want:
    Ability to get all 3 starters (like in yellow)
    Ability to get mew (maybe in a cave or something)
    You don't have to trade to get Golem, Alakazam, or Gengar (they can evolve on their own)
    The pokemon like bellsprout and vulpix are found in their respected places.
    Able to get both hitmonlee and hitmonchan
