going to release my shiny gengar unless someone want's it

well i have been trying to trade my shiny gengar for shiny charizad for some time now, but i keep getting messed around and i realy do not want this gengar, so im going to release it unless someone wants it.

if you had a charizard from lvl 5 isn't it definitely hacked?
