I see, there's a lot of people who played Sonic 2 on the Genesis. This is one of my favorite games and I also played it as a child. I think the reason, why many people played this is because there was a Sonic 2 Genesis bundle, if I recall correctly.

Despite my relatively young age (14), I'm pretty "old school", owing to the fact that I've a family of gamers.

1. The first game I ever remember playing was Super Mario Bros 3. My mom worked for Nintendo as a Project Manager and she got all kinds of games and systems as goodies :)

2. First game I ever owned for myself was Street Fighter II.

3. First Pokémon game I ever touched was Yellow, but Red was the first I played from beginning (and to the end as well, of course).

4. First console I ever owned that was for me was the PlayStation.

One of my first games was Super Mario World, Jurassic Park (for the SNES), and that one Madden football game for the SNES, with narration by John Madden.

I remember it like it was yesterday! :)

The first game that I've ever played was Super Mario Bros., and Hockey, which came with the same game bundle for the NES. It was also the first game that I ever owned; my dad and I would play it all the time during my youth. The first Pokemon game I ever played was Pokemon Yellow; which at the time I thought it was hard, because ever pokemon skyrocketed on levels prior to the Celadon Gym. And of course, the first video game console I ever owned was the NES. ^^

1. The Curse of Monkey Island: The only thing i can remember about this game is a tiny bit of the tutorial.

2. Crash Team Racing: I have very fond memories of this game and i still play it every now and again.

3.Pokemon Blue: Unfortunately, Pokemon blue belonged to my uncle, so I very rarely got to play it.

4.PS1: It may not work anymore but i still have it for sentimental reasons.

My first console was a yellow Gameboy. Unfortunatly, I don't have it anymore (but I have an original grey Gameboy now)

I reckon it was one on the Sega Megadrive. I definately know it was Sonic or Streets of Rage.

2nd: What was the first game you have ever owned?
One of the two from the above question. I had loads more, but I remember playing those first and the most.

3rd: What was the first Pokémon game you have ever played?
Pokemon Yellow! :) My cousin got Blue - but I managed to 'obtain' it from him hehehe xD

4th: What was the first video game console you have ever owned?
My Sega Megadrive - though that was a handmedown. If you mean something that was bought and given to me then Dreamcast. :)

What was everyone's first Handheld?
Mine was a Gameboy Colour! :) The Teal one! Haha... Sweet Nostalgia.

What was the first game you have ever played?
I don't remember. The first game I can remember is some sidescroller on... I don't even know what console. Either NES or SNES. I vaguely remember playing with my older cousin. I doubt I would recognize it if I saw footage of it today. :(

What was the first game you have ever owned?
Pokemon Red. My brother and I got it to share as our first game... even if it's not a very good game for sharing. We were so excited about it, though, that we pretty much watched each other play the whole time either of us were allowed a gaming session

What was the first Pokémon game you have ever played?
Pokemon Red. Even before getting it myself, my friend would let me play on her file a bit sometimes and she had Red.

What was the first video game console you have ever owned?
One of those purple translucent Gameboy Colours. First TV console was an N64 a few months later once my parents got sick of renting one for a weekend a month. :P
