Help With Smart FTP

I've just downloaded SmartFTP but it looks all confusin to me!!! How can I upload my files?

Conntect to your FTP site and drag-and-drop all the files into it. That's it. Also, here are some tutorials:

And where do I get WS_FTP?

the best one is the folder ftp. just open up a random folder then type in the adress box ftp.you.com or something. You can do that in the interent browser too. Simple. No downloads needed. Just drag and drop. Works just like windows XD

Nevermind people. I understand SmartFTP now. Mods can lock if you like.
