  • I cannot seem to beat her gym with my Pignite, the main problem is because she keeps switching pokemon often. Any tips as to how to defeat her?

Also please restrain your tips that relates to FIGHTING & FIRE type moves, as thats my most powerful pokemon's type.

  • I'm just going to tell you, if you plan on beating the gym and the others with just Pignite, you're going to have a hard time. :/

I'd recommend spamming Flamethrower or the strongest Fighting-type move you have, and heal when needed. Or you could do the better option: go find and train a ground type Pokemon, like Drilbur, who can be found in Relic Passage, or Sandile, who can be found in Route 4 and Desert Resort. The both evolve into pretty strong Pokemon later too, so they won't be restricted to just that.

  • Ah thanks the tip. I can beat other gyms with Fire-type, but I always have a hard time beating Electric-type pokemon with Pignite. I'll see whats in my Storage and catch a Sandile.

    Thanks again!

Since you've received an answer, imma lock this. Keep in mind that this fits in In-Game Team Help (the thread I linked to, not the forum). And if you want to know more, ask there, okay?
