The replacement of Chansey and Blissey of Pokemon Black and White. When you spot one that's in every place you travel, do you use it for EXP or EV training?

This thread is pretty much exactly the same unfortunately. Threads with the ongoing discussion prefix can be posted in whenever, and thus threads similar to that can't (because the ones with the prefix are usually more discussion-worthy than newer versions).
