Rather smooth cutting. Hmm did you add in the colour changing? Very nice effect ^^ although, there's one point where it seems to jump a little.

Ok, it worked this time! It's pretty good, but you didn't choose a good picture to do it on.

wow, Ty. that's probably some of the best cutting i've ever seen. now for the perfectionistic rating: there's a very small amount of white at the top of Haruka's bandana, but still some. try using a 1 px eraser and go to 1600% and erase all the white parts manually. */perfectionistic rating* very nice! ^^
