Pikachu Snap Promo (Black Star Promo 34): $2 to $4.
Birthday Pikachu: $10 to $15.
Charizard: $15 to $20.
Blastoise: $5 to $10.
Venusaur: $5 to $10.
That question is taking some research on a retailer's site to give me a starting point, since there are over 100 cards in the set.
Full Art Keldeo EX: $52.99 on Troll and Toad. eBay price listings are all over the map between $25 and $50, most frequently going for between $30 and $40.
Full Art Landorus EX: $37.99 on Troll and Toad. eBay listings generally selling between $27 and $33.
Keldeo EX: $34.99 on Troll and Toad. eBay listings generally selling between $25 and $30.
Bonus cards I did research on before spotting the above higher-priced cards.

Other cards worth looking into are Full Art Skyla ($31.99), normal Skyla ($5.99) the rest of the Full Arts, the rest of the EX Pokemon, the Ace Specs, and Blastoise. All are at least $5.
Mint condition what? I can't price it if I don't know what you're looking to have priced.

If it's the promo from "Dragon's vault" then it is probably worth around $4-6 dollars. If it is the "Shiny" Rayquaza it is probably worth between $20-30, baring in mind it has been reprinted.

Rayquaza EX: $8 to $12 (existence of tin version really devalues it).
Gigalith: $2 to $4.
Emboar: $1 to $3.
Vileplume: $1 to $3.
Computer Search: $15 to $20.
Blastoise (reverse holo): $9 to $13.
I need sets for these. A couple of later sets reprinted all 4 of these cards.

My Rayquaza isn't the same one as in the tin though, the one I have has a head aiming right, the tin one faces downwards.

I know. Your Rayquaza EX is the one that's worth $8 to $12. The tin one is worth around just $5.

so i just got into the tcg recently and found a ho-oh ex in my first booster pack. its holo, full art i think and has the ability rebirth. i'm not selling it or anything (mostly cause its part of my deck) but wanted to know how rare/valuable it is just so i can know if i should ever try to brag about it when i get into a bragging battle with my friends. thanks!

Ho-oh EX is a playable card in the current format, which means it will be worth more than an EX that isn't playable.
Ho-oh EX full art would be around £14-20 (22-31 USD.)
You can build a deck around Ho-oh EX using Mewtwo EX and other attackers since the rebirth ability is pretty neat !
Use rebirth get 3 energies on the Ho-oh EX, then use energy switch to move the energy around to your other attackers ! So in a sense, Ho-oh is the support Pokemon on the deck which gives you the energy acceleration.
