Quick question...

sorry I am new to this, but i have a quick question regarding move sets.

My best pokemon by far is my scisor revenge killer set up with choice scarf, and his most useful move is by far U-turn, so i was wondering is there any other moves with the same effect as u-turn but also deal damage... so don't suggest baton pass...

To answer your question, the only other move that functions in a similar manner (i.e. damage and switch out) is the move Volt Switch. It's a 70 base power, special, electric type move. I imagine the most viable users of this move are Rotom-W and Thundurus.

What is the best moveset and evs for a whimsicott?
