Yes, but it is'nt exactly a "regular" starter, and since you get it in it's middle form, I question the? ummm? ah, nuts. I lost my rollout. Anyway, I don't think it counts :D

I voted Marshtomp cuz I love water Pokemon and I find it to be way cooler than Mudkip and way cuter than Swampert!!
