There's actually a space in your profile for exchanging friend codes. I don't think we have a forum specifically for that, since it's a really simple exchange; most people have them in their signatures or on their profile, or just trade through PM.
^Pretty much this.We don't have a forum dedicated to trading Friend Codes to be honest,since it's just posting a code for Wi-fi and Pokemon events.You can put your FC however on your profile for your games or in your signature so everyone can see it.
Most people who own a FC have one in their signature or profile.Hope this helped n_n!
