The story is simple. Lucario mega evolves and goes for Power Up Punch. It leaves Bastidoon with one HP and Bastidoon uses Stone Edge which does around 30%. Lucario then cleans up with any of his moves.

It doesn't have to worry about any of Lucario's attacks, as it has enough bulk to endure them. With a couple of Earthquakes, Gliscor should be able to take it down without any sort of trouble. If its health is ever low, it could recover itself instantly with Roost.

Mega Garchomp can't outspeed Choice Scarfed Chandelure. It takes over 80% damage from HP Ice on the turn it switches in and gets KO'd on the following turn. So that's a check, not a counter.
