  • Haxorus is better off outright attacking:
    -Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Taunt/Dragon Claw/Dual Chop/Brick Break
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Also, Machamp needs to be your lead:
    -DynamicPunch
    -Stone Edge/Ice Punch
    -Payback
    -Bullet Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 240 HP/248 Atk/16 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry
    Ability: No Guard

    Skarmory is better with:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Brave Bird/Drill Peck
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Sturdy

Empoleon is better with this, since it's more tailored towards defensive play:
    -Scald
    -Roar/Stealth Rock
    -Protect
    -Ice Beam/Grass Knot
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent

Chandelure is better with Timid with 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe. You can also consider Substitute or Hidden Power (Ground) over Energy Ball.

Edit: use Zoroark as your 6th Pokemon, but you'll have to move Chandelure to the last slot so that Illusion will activate:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Dark Pulse/Night Daze
    -Focus Blast/Grass Knot
    -Flamethrower/Grass Knot
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

just a thought, have you considered agility on empoleon?

without a recovery move he doesnt make a great wall, but with with his resistances he could easily up his speed and pull off a late game sweep once your spikes and heavy hitters have put serious dents in everything

I could recommend this site: http://pokemon.marriland.com/black_white/team_builder

I used this to construct my BW Team. You should as well.

On opinion of 6th Team Member. I think you may need a Psychic-type. Try Musharna, Reuniclus (if your game is White), Beheeyem or Gothitelle (if your game is Black)

I looked at your moveset carefully, but it's all up to you. For my Black Team I chose Gothitelle.
