Scrafty's Shed skin means Toxic isn't a huge problem, even more so if it carries Lum berry. Scrafty can get free Dragon dance with correct predictions which will make him even harder to stop.

It's immune Thunderbolt and resistant to Shadow Ball. Crunch should be able to defeat Rotom backed by a Choice Band and possibly some Moxie boosts.

Krookodile is not very ideal since it gets severely crippled by burn, but it's good enough.
