    Urgent: Easy Pokemon to get, awesome event Pokemon to give [cloned]

    1) Unhacked Emolga < Lvl 24 and good IVs and EVs in Attack, Speed and Special Attack. Hopefully Shiny, [don't mind using Cheat for this] and having no HMs as moves.

    ( i have most of the poke dex because of 7 trade forms on different sites)

    Hello! I might just help you with the RNG, but keep this in mind that I can't RNG abuse stuff that can't be caught in B2/things that can only be bred. 'Cause B2 RNG abuse already checks breeding off the list of possible RNG abuses. I'd like the Shiny Chimchar. Thanks!
