Prop 8 effectively stricken down by the Supreme Court!!!

The Prop 8 case has been dismissed for lack of standing. That effectively means that same-sex marriage will be legal again in California, but the decision does not affect marriage laws in others states.

Very interesting coalition on the Proposition 8 dismissal case.

Roberts, Scalia, Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan.

Must have been quite hard to get a full nationwide ruling under the states rights beliefs of some of the justices.

That's really quite odd to see Scalia and Kagan in the same camp, lol. But I'm glad that they made the right choice.
