Shiny hack?

Hello comrades,
The other day I discovered that I can catch shiny pokemon using technopathy, would this be considered a form of hack? Technically, I am telling the game to give me a shiny, so... I'm uncertain.

Did you hack the game in order to obtain a certain item / feature / Pokemon? Yes. Then it's a hack.

Do you understand what "technopathy" means? I controled the game with my mind. That's why I'm perplexed as to what it should be considered.

I was not asking for your views on it's possibility, that doesn't change the fact that I can do it as well as any other type of metaphysical action. Wether or not you beleive it is of no importance to me, I just want to know if forcing the game to give you a shiny would be considered cheating.
