HM Moves = Useless
Anyway, here's a somewhat strange Snorlax set involving yawn:
Snorlax @ Leftovers ** Pillsbury
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 160 Def / 136 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Yawn
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Crunch / Zen Headbutt
Start with a Yawn (which Snorlax learns at Lv. 20 btw) to force a switch. Substitute, and depending on what's out, launch either a Focus Punch or a Zen Headbutt or Crunch Attack.
Salamence should be running with:
Salamence @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spd / 32 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) / Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang / Fire Blast
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw / Dragon Rush
I figured I'd mention Physical Sala since it hasn't been getting any love in the D/P Gen and Special Sala is overshadowing it. Dragon Claw gets that nice STAB boost, and Earthquake hits the hard stuff. Fire Fang / Fire Blast is for that necessary Heracross attacking. If you're running Fire Fang, Adamant. Fire Blast, use Lonely.
