    Luxray is NU so its crap for standard play, Garchomp and Salamence are banned from standard play
    I suggest you visit www.smogon.com for tier information.

    This pretty much. Without any of the above (i.e. Abilities, Natures, Items, Movesets, and your EV spread), this doesn't meet the requirements for proper critique. Let's try again when you have all of the following. n_n Taking a look at the stickies in this forum should help you out at well. So, might want to take a look at those over there.
