    i can take any pokemon under lv.10 and raise them to level 20-40. just tell me what level and i will raise it for you. By the way, no ubers or hacked pokemon.

    Can you EV train my lv.1 shiny charmander to lv.100? spread the EVs

    but only in you can make up an insurance so its safe on both parties

    if you can. i'd be happy to give you pokes that you want.
