it seems fabricated if you ask me. its the OT and ID. it was caught at birth island though apparntly

How would you know? Pokemon transfered from GBA games just say "Kanto", "Hoenn" or "Distant Land". They don't say Hoenn/Kanto Locations.

oh. because he told us the info on it. the OT is abc and the user ID seems like a strange number. im not sure thou it seems hacked tough.
