More Virus SNAFU! (Annd MBAM refuses to update!)

I somehow got a virus by the name of Trojan-Dropper.Gen according to Vipre AV/AS but MSSE DID update and is currently scanning and MBAM didn't update and is also scanning haven't picked up any contacts on the scope yet, any ideas?

Download HijackThis!, run it, and compare your log file to this one: http://forums.techguy.org/malware-removal-hijackthis-logs/734396-trojan-dropper-gen.html. Like the link says, it's probably a false positive, though.

No, albeit I'm no genius at computers, I know that MBAM ain't gonna stop working after 3 virus attacks.

False positives don't mean it's not working... it just means that it's detected something that isn't really malware.
