Pokemon dark rising pls help!

Hi guys, i have an issue on dark rising.
I am currently on the Dark Rising HQ (the island) but i can't get of it, i already gave the sapphire (which is suppose to be an emerald i believe) to the girl but i don't know what to do next.

Pls help me!
