Your scrafty alone can handle 3 of the E4 by itself (psychic/dark/ghost). Just let its ability moxie run its course (dont switch scrafty).

Swoobat shld handle marshal easily. just calm mind a few times (u need that move for swoobat doesnt have much offense) then psychic/airslash away.

pansear/swoobat/samurott can beat alder easily too.

just grind a bit more to get those levels up.

  • For Pansear, replace Fury Swipes with Acrobatics and evolve it with a Fire Stone. It's just too risky bringing a not-fully-evolved team into the endgame.

  • You've got all the types that are offensive against the Elite Four members in your team
    Scrafty > Shantaul (Ghost)
    Scrafty > Caitlin (Psychic)
    Scrafty > Grimsley (Dark)
    Swoobat > Marshal (Fighting)

Scrafty should be doing the bulk of the work and with a high Attack stat I'm pretty sure you won't have trouble. I recommend training them ALL to Level 50 however as that's the cap of the Elite Four member's Pokémon and usually when you attempt the E4 under-levelled you can struggle most of the time.
Also, I've replaced some of the moves below which are in bold to what I recommend would suit your team better and help you defeat the Elite Four, good luck!
