That's what I need to figure out using Court Records.

Looking at the Court Records, it has something to do with Hikari tampering with Snivy. Also, the Court Records claim Hikari was bashing Snivy. Hikari was probably given a temporary Moderator Power, and banned Snivy through it. So, gathering all the information, I can now prove that HIKARI WAS THE CAUSE OF IT.
