Maybe it won't be stealing her powers, as this sword looks very different than a normal zanpakuto. Maybe with this one, it just reawakens the powers? Idk.

Buuut the original Central 46 weren't the actual Central 46. We need to have another villain to be Central 46 now. XD

I guess that works. Though then we'd have to rely on the subtitles, which might not be so clear. Eh. :P
