    What an creative name.
I call it this because the main attackers are Cobalion, Zoroark, and Mewtwo.
So here are the cards in the deck and the strategy behind it.

    |Zorua---------------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Grimer*-------------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Seedot*------------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+

    TRAINER
    +--------------------+---------+
    |Card----------------|Quantity-|
    +--------------------+---------+
    |N |x1--------|
    |--------------------+---------+

    |Hooligans Jim & Cas |x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+

    ITEM:
    +--------------------+---------+
    |Card----------------|Quantity-|
    +--------------------+---------+
    |Potion---------------|x2-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Eviolite--------------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Revive--------------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Energy Retrieval-----|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Giant cape----------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Rocky Helmet--------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Rescue Scarf--------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+

    ENERGY:
    +--------------------+---------+
    |Card----------------|Quantity-|
    +--------------------+---------+
    |Steel---------------|x4--------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Water--------------|x9-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Psychic-------------|x5-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Lightning------------|x8-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Darkness------------|x9-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Prism energy--------|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Blend Energy 1**----|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+
    |Blend Energy 2***---|x1-------|
    |--------------------+---------+

*Used to increase chances of getting a basic in my hand

    **WATER, LIGHTNING, FIGHTING, and STEEL

    ***GRASS, FIRE, PSYCHIC, and DARKNESS

Cobalion's Iron breaker lets me do 80 damage and the defending pokemon can't attack the next turn.

Energy press could be used as a counter to Mewtwo EX, only after using iron breaker to stop X ball you can use energy press to do massive damage.

Mewtwo EX's X ball does 20 damage for the 1st two energys you attach, and any additional energys attached to Mewtwo do 20 more damage, and it also does 20 more damage for the energys attached to your opponents active Pokemon.

Mewtwo EX versus another Mewtwo EX would be interesting.

Zoroark's foul play lets you use any attack your opponents active pokemon has for only two colorless energy. To my knowledge you can't use effects, like if I tryed to use Cobalion's Iron breaker for example. I would only do the damage, I wouldn't prevent the opponets active pokemon from attacking. (Correct me if i'm wrong, I probably am.)

    That is about it.

    Rate it from 0-100.

  • There are only 6 total Pokemon in this deck. That is a major problem. You need more than one copy of each of your important cards.

38 energy is also way too many energy. You should scale that back quite a bit in favor of adding more copies of your important Pokemon and adding in 4 copies of Professor Juniper, 3 copies of Pokemon Catcher, and some Level Ball and Heavy Ball, for starters.

    Thanks!
I do see how a couple of extra pokemon could help, but I don't have any other good pokemon. :( Time to spend another $20
