Why are you putting your spare EVs in attack and defense, especially when after using Superpower both of those stats are going down? Run max HP and max Speed, please. Besides, Magic Coat is a far better investment than Superpower any day; lets you beat priority Taunts and Taunts from other set-uppers; you can also reflect away someone else's rocks and stuff.

    Garchomp (M) @ Yache Berry
    Trait: Sand Veil
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    ...SW? Looks standard though.

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

I'd run HP Fire >> Thunderbolt because a) it doesn't hit much this gen and b) otherwise Ferrothorn utterly walls you. Then again, you are mauled by Jellicent without so might as well keep it. :/

    Reuniclus.png

Rankurusu (Reuniclus) (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Psychic
    - Trick Room
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast

Standard, lol. Works. Run 0 Spe IVs too if you aren't already.

    392.png

    Infernape (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Iron Fist
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Mach Punch
    - Close Combat
    - Flare Blitz
    - U-turn
    my high damage physical attacker
There are merits to running this over Blaziken (ie faster off the bat, stronger off the bat, access to priority, U-turn) but whatever. Honestly I'd prefer to use Blaziken as it really is fully better than Infernape and negating all of those over time (SD > stronger, Speed Boost > faster & priority, and no one wants to switch out a +2/+1 Blaziken lol). It really is your option though I guess.

    Scizor.png

    Scizor (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - U-turn
    - Bullet Punch
    - Superpower

just a standard scizor that finishes off pokemon and makes pokemon switch for a sw

U-turn & SD don't go together. Don't use them together. This is also definitely not standard Scizor; Standard is more like 196 HP / 96 Atk / 216 SpD with Bug Bite > U-turn is how it goes, haha. The spread might be a little off but it's close iirc.

    also what is a sw

For latios, a more useful set goes like this:

    Latios @ choice specs
    Timid 252spe 252spA 4hp
    ~ Draco Meteor
    ~ Psycho Shock
    ~ Hp Fire
    ~ Trick

Hp fire hits the common switch-in Nattorei, and psycho shock hits common specially defensive switch-ins harder (Blissey etc). Thing with the other moves, is that even neutral Draco meteor hits the same if not harder than a super effective T-bolt or Surf so they are pretty much wasted slots.
