I think the concept of SAO is what's fascinating. It's well thought out and done. Tried watching hack.// or whatsitscalled. Didn't like it at all in comparison.

Which .hack// consider that there are several and I think the have slightly different concepts? I'm not sure as it's been pretty long since I tried anything with .hack//. But yeah, the concept behind SAO it pretty interesting.
