Which of these movesets should I use for raticate?

I cannot fully decide between Super Fang and Attract. I was wondering if there was yet another alternative from these 2 or if I should use one of these? One consideration is when paired against an electric type attract can make up for thunder wave not working sometimes plus she's female which helps attract better. Also there's the fact that super fang doesn't always hit with a 90 accuracy I don't know if I can afford to miss at all.. >_>
