    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Draco Meteor

Latios takes less than 25% from all of Torkoal's moves with no stat boosts. It can survive a +2 Fire Blast and OHKO Torkoal with either Surf or Draco Meteor.

    +2 252 SpA Torkoal Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Latios: 124-147 (41 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

    Nature: Careful
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Speed
Moves: Iron Head, Thunder Wave, Wish, Protect

    252 SpA Choice Specs Latios Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jirachi: 114-135 (28.2 - 33.4%) -- 94.6% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

    252 SpA Choice Specs Latios Surf vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Jirachi: 107-126 (26.4 - 31.1%) -- 11.5% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Specs Latios can only 4HKO 'Rachi at best. Trick doesn't matter much, since it doesn't have priority, so Jirachi can Thunder Wave, then spam Iron Head (which will go first since Latios's Speed is cut by paralysis), which is ok to get locked into since:

    0 Atk Jirachi Iron Head vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Latios: 103-123 (34.1 - 40.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

So it can kill Latios before Latios kills it (not to mention paraflinch).

    Ability: Clear body
EVs: 252 Spa, Def Spd, 4 Hp
    -Explosion

With massive Special defense,Regice can take almost any special hit.It has also good physical defense of 100.
So,Regice takes a hit because he's slow and then Ice beam/Blizzard and Garchomp is destroyed.

Regice is a terrible counter for Garchomp because it still takes massive damage from its Swords Dance-boosted moves, and may Arceus have mercy on you if Garchomp had a Substitute up before you switched in. If it did have a Substitute, Garchomp can set up a Swords Dance as Regice breaks it. Earthquake or Outrage backed by +2 Attack can then OHKO Regice.

Your set has a lot of flaws. 1. Jolly is terrible because it wastes away its good Special Attack. 2. It's pointless to invest in Speed on a Pokemon that's very slow unless it's meant to outspeed certain walls. 3. Hyper Beam is a terrible move because of its recharge turn making Regice a sitting duck. 4. Explosion is weak running off of base 50 Attack. 5. Thunderbolt and Focus Blast are coverage moves you could've used.

    Anyway:

    Klinklang:

    -Wild Charge
    -Return
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 100 HP/252 Atk/156 Spe

Klinklang resists all of Regice's moves, giving it time to set up a Shift Gear, followed by hitting it hard with Gear Grind.

Could defeat Rotom with either two Stone Edges or Close Combats. If it manages to set up Swords Dance somehow, then it should be able to OHKO Rotom with any of its moves.

  • Amoonguss (F) @ Black Sludge

    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Spore
    - Giga Drain

    - Sludge Bomb

Amoongus is bulky enough to endure Virizion's moves.

    252+ Atk Life Orb Virizion Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 228+ Def Amoonguss: 112-133 (25.9 - 30.7%) -- 1.8% chance to 4HKO after Black Sludge recovery

If Virizion uses Stone Edge when Amoongus is brought out, it'll be able to 3HKO Virizion with ease after it uses Spore on the following turn.

    28 SpA Amoonguss Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Virizion: 140-168 (43.3 - 52%) -- 9.4% chance to 2HKO

If Virizion sets up Swords Dance, the combo of the aforementioned moves can be used once again to defeat it.

    +2 252+ Atk Life Orb Virizion Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 228+ Def Amoonguss: 222-263 (51.3 - 60.8%) -- 91.8% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Flame Body
    EVs: 160 Hp, 236, SpAtk, 112 Sped

Fiery Dance, Quiver Dance, Rest, Bug Buzz

    28 SpA Amoonguss Sludge Bomb vs. 160 HP / 0 SpD Volcarona: 84-100 (23.9 - 28.4%) -- possible 5HKO

    236+ SpA Volcarona Fiery Dance vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Amoonguss: 354-416 (81.9 - 96.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

The only way that mushroom has a chance is if he uses Spore on the switch-->gets rid of Chesto Berry-->survives first hit --> uses Spore again. With Sleep Clause active it's GG.
