Advice for my team

Ok, so I would consider myself new to the competitive battling scene. I have played around on pokemon showdown a bit and had some luck. I understand the basics IV's EV's Walls Sweepers ect...
So I have been testing out a team on Pokemon showdown and it seems to work pretty well and I wanted to get some input from other people who actually know what they are doing.

I know it seems silly to put rapid spin on here but I have been enjoying it, I may change this.

You can't have 252 EVs in 3 stats. That's impossible. Assault Vest Goodra should look like this:
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Dragon Tail/Power Whip
-Thunderbolt/Sludge Bomb
Nature: Quiet/Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SAtk
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Mega Blastoise is one of the best bulky Rapid Spinners at the moment, so I'd keep Rapid Spin if I were you.

I'd use Magnezone over Goodra or Dragonite because it has good synergy with either one. That, and being walled by other Steels is bad:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Flash Cannon
-Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 172 HP/252 SAtk/84 Spe (Modest) or 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe (Timid)
Item: Choice Specs (Modest)/Choice Scarf (Timid)
Ability: Magnet Pull

-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Charge Beam/Flash Cannon

That was a mistake with the 252 in SpD on the goodra.
